Ingredients _____________________________________________________

  • 120g mascarpone cheese
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 180g milk
  • 10g gelatin
  • 20g dark chocolate 
  • 5g sugar
  • 40g white chocolate
  • 15g Matcha powder 
  • 120g heavy cream

Instructions_____________________________________________________

  1. Stir Mascarpone cheese and Cream cheese smoothly in warm water.
  2. In another bowl stir milk and gelatin until completely melted.
  3. Add into the cheese paste and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  5. In a small cup mix the chocolate and the sugar, heat and melt in warm water.
  6. Add the melted chocolate to one portion of the cheese paste nd stir well.
  7. In another small cup melt white chocolate and Matcha powder and mix well.
  8. Add melted white chocolate to the other portion of the cheese paste and stir well.
  9. Whip the heavy cream to yogurt texture.
  10. Divide it to two portions and add it to the cheese paste.
  11. pour into a small cups.
  12. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
