- 120g mascarpone cheese
- 150g cream cheese
- 180g milk
- 10g gelatin
- 20g dark chocolate
- 5g sugar
- 40g white chocolate
- 15g Matcha powder
- 120g heavy cream
Instructions_____________________________________________________
- Stir Mascarpone cheese and Cream cheese smoothly in warm water.
- In another bowl stir milk and gelatin until completely melted.
- Add into the cheese paste and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- In a small cup mix the chocolate and the sugar, heat and melt in warm water.
- Add the melted chocolate to one portion of the cheese paste nd stir well.
- In another small cup melt white chocolate and Matcha powder and mix well.
- Add melted white chocolate to the other portion of the cheese paste and stir well.
- Whip the heavy cream to yogurt texture.
- Divide it to two portions and add it to the cheese paste.
- pour into a small cups.
- Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
