Creamy Mango Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients_______________________________________________

• Vanilla sponge cake 
• 250g fresh cubes of Mango
• 50g fine sugar
• 50g of coconut butter HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE COCONUT BUTTER ?
• 200g heavy Cream

Instructions _____________________________________________________

1. Use a cake cuter to cut out the desired size . 
2. In a medium bowl beat the cream with sugar until smooth.
3. put the texture into decorating plastic bag.
4. Put a layer of cake then fresh Mango inside cups.
5. squeeze the cream over the fruits.
6. put another piece of the sponge cake.
7. pour some of coconut butter above it and another layer of fresh Mango.
